  • If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the approved amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 4–5 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
  • Any applicable cancellation or service charges will be deducted before processing the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations

  • Certain travel packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • No refund will be provided for:
    • No-show cases
    • Partial utilization of services
    • Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period

4. Cancellation by Company

In rare circumstances, Prakhinya Tour and Travels may cancel a booking due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, government regulations, operational issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • An option to reschedule or select an alternative package, subject to availability

5. Modification Requests

  • Requests for changes in travel dates or services are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

2. Cancellation Time Frame

  • Cancellations must be requested before the start date of the travel package.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–6 working days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.


5. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not appear for the trip on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.


6. Changes or Cancellations by Chandarawal Tour and Travels

In rare situations such as:

  • natural disasters
  • weather disruptions
  • government travel restrictions
  • operational issues by airlines or hotels

We may modify or cancel the trip.
If this occurs, we will offer:

  • a suitable alternative date or
  • a full/partial refund (depending on third-party policies)

7. Third-Party Conditions

Airlines, hotels, and transport providers may have separate cancellation charges or rules. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.


8. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
